Alvin and his crew were good at working clean. They used roll-out cardboard protection for our floors, hanging plastic sheeting to help keep dust down. They stayed on the job until it was done. They put in a new driveway, replaced the siding on the house, painted the house inside and out, installed new windows, sanded and stained the wood floors, installed new tile throughout the house, raised the ceiling and took out walls, redid the kitchen, installed carpet in various rooms, redid bathrooms, built a deck in the backyard, and installed sliding glass doors on the back of the house. "Recommended by a friend in the home construction field, so I did not seek other estimates. I knew very much what I wanted done. He understood what we wanted, commenting "I see you know just what you want" and gave us his estimate quickly. Each "crew" he had out, pouring the foundation, framing, bricklaying, and finishing, did their job in a professional manner. I know enough to know they were all experts in their fields. A couple of misunderstandings about what we wanted with the workers were corrected by Roy right away. After the room was completed with a bare concrete floor, Roy recommended someone to put down ceramic tile for us (I had considered doing it myself, but my wife and son talked me out of it.) and they also did an excellent job. Roy is a very pleasant person as were all the people on his crews. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the job."
