"The repair went very well! I made an appointment with the dispatcher. I explained that the problem was faulty zone not working on my sprinkler system. She explained the hourly rate as well as the possible problems and cost associated with those problems once isolated. Michael (tech) was scheduled to come to my home the next day. Michael arrived on time. He was clean, and very courteous. I explained the problem of a station not functioning on my sprinkler system, and he got to work immediately. Michael diagnosed the issue and found that there as a faulty valve. While he was working, I followed Michael around, watched him work, and asked a bunch of questions about my system. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner. Michael replaced the broken valve, then tested the system for leaks. He also checked and adjusted every sprinkler head in the zone of the replaced valve. He cleaned up, gathered his tools, and verified that nothing was left behind.
