"Called, made an appointment (was about two weeks out on appointments). On the date and appointed time, An Andy's truck arrived on time with three employees. They listened to my issues; one zone was not working and I wanted a tune up of the system, as well. They set about checking everything, ran all 9 zones I have, replaced three leaky sprinkler heads found during testing and adjusted the sprinkler heads as necessary. They also reset my timer to run the times, days and amount I wanted so it would run on automatic. Ran the complete system again to check all was correct, asked me if I was satisfied (which I definitely was), gave me the bill, which I paid with a credit card and before leaving, they thanked me for my business and said if I have any additional issues, to please call and they would come out to service me. They completed everything in just underone hour I will definitely hire them again to service my water sprinkler system!"

The owner is a young guy named Austin who has been working in the business for seven years and has recently started his own business. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. "I had Tony and his team inspect all 20 stations and make appropriate adjustments and or replacements. He was to be here at 0700 but was here like I was taught, 15 minutes early. They made adjustments where needed but more importantly found heads that were not connected properly/broken connectors. Some heads were relocated to allow better coverage of the lawn. "The gentleman who did the work for us called early, which I had told Lawn Patrol we are early risers and they could call anytime. He arrived before the appointed time, which was fine, and got started working on the sprinkler system. We chatted a bit and I found him very engaging and personable. I am very satisfied with the work that was done, the amount of time it was completed and it came in way under what I had budgeted for this job. "The quote process went well. Carlos is very knowledgeable about the trees and processes. The quoted cost was much 50%than other Arborists (which is different than a tree trimmer). When I asked why the price was high, The response was "I am offering a premium pruning, which consist of raising canopies, interior thinning, reduce away from home, balancing trees, deadwood, mistletoe and broken limbs removed, most importantly the Selective Pruning on the higher parts of tree that is strongly recommend." Based on this response, I hired them to do the job. They did a good job of installing the tree brace and cable system. They also did a nice job of pruning the Live Oak. However, the other 2 trees were given a very minimal trimming. Asked for them to return and complete the "Premium", They came back the next day and did the job completely. The trees now look great. In summary, they are capable, quick, knowledgeable and expensive, and may under-prune unless you are very clear on your instructions."
