"I hired this company to replace siding the fascia and Soffits of my home, as well as the siding on the Chimney. The quality of the work was good. There are a couple of places where there was a gap between the siding and the brick on my home I wish they had sealed. The job did take a little longer to complete than I had expected. The installers were professional and courteous. I would definitely encourage my friends and acquaintances to contact this company if they needed siding replaced or installed on their home."

Our patented "Wonderglass" cuts down a lot of the heat without cutting the light and making the additions usable all year round. We customize all additions to meet our customer�s needs.
"From start to finish, everyone involved in our project was amazing! Tim, showed us all of the features offered by 4 Seasons vs those of a competitor. He spent a lot of time discussing options and helped us design exactly what we wanted within our budget. Jose completed demo & construction. He and his crew were awesome. When I had questions, he was able to explain to me exactly what he was doing and why. The General Manager, JP, was phenomenal! JP stopped by frequently to check the progress, and there was constant communication between him and Jose whenever a question did arise. This company clearly knows what they are doing and it is evident that every person we interacted with loves what they do. The entire process was clearly defined, we we were given regular progress updates, and all parties were on the same page from demo to completion. Tim, Jose, and JP were all all very professional, transparent, and treated us like valued clients. "

He recently just built a carport for us out of cedar and added decorative sides to add additional protection from the hail. We requested several adjustments to the original design and he was accommodating for doing those so we’d be happier with the end product. I’d hire him again for another project."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
