Our GM was very detail-oriented and made sure he checked it with us on every step of the process to ensure we were satisfied with the work. It was not an easy process as we had to coordinate with an insurance company and our landlord to get the work done, by our GM was very good at staying on top of tracking and providing detailed change orders of what needed to be done. "This repair involved parging a badly crumbling external concrete wall. D and A Concrete came out for an estimate, which I found very reasonable. They made two trips in order to do a primary and finishing coat of concrete. The results exceeded expectations. In fact, D and A's work looked better than the rest of the wall which was not damaged. They were very responsive and easy to deal with. I recommend them highly."

"We worked with Mason and his team at Sino-American to remove our existing chain link fence and broken iron gate and replace with a new wooden fence and custom built gate for our DC rowhouse. We coordinated with our next door neighbor who was getting the same work done and had worked with Mason before and they built both our fences and gates in teh same day. Mason was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process and produced top notch work that we are very happy with. Our project was unique and complicated given several obstacles including our existing ground level deck, our neighbor's property sitting a few feet higher than ours and a huge tree on the property line that posed some design challenges. "From beginning to end, VRN Masonry was a pleasure to work with! Rui was quick to respond when setting up our estimate meeting and this continued throughout the project. Work began earlier than expected which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, the weather did not want to cooperate for several weeks which delayed the project but Rui gave us updates for when him and his team could come by to work. Near the end of the project, they even came out on a Sunday to avoid more bad weather that was predicted for the week. Everything is complete now and we could not be happier!
