"I was extremely happy with the entire process. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The product they sold me and Installed does exactly what they said it would. I would also add that the installer went to great lengths to adhere to current COVID regulations. Always wore a mask and stayed at least 6 feet away. He also brought disinfectant and was continuously sanitizing areas he worked in. To sum it up I am extremely pleased with this company. And with the installation of the product my new wood floors are protected from harmful uv light. I highly recommend the his company."

"I picked Reliable Home Improvement & Plumbing because my problem had a plumbing element and a more general home construction element.  I found them through a Big Deal they were offering and was impressed with the other reviews.  Ray showed up on time.  He was very pleasant and very professional.  He gave me a complete description of the work he needed to do to fix the problems with my sink, showed me the corroded and broken parts that he removed after doing so, and successfully reattached the pedestal sink to the wall, something that I had never able to do in a satisfactory way myself.  The work took longer than the one hour of service I bought with a Big Deal, but I'm very satisfied with the result.  He prorated the last 30 minutes, which I appreciated.  I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to people with somewhat complicated plumbing issues that go beyond a simple pipe replacement.
