"Update: on 12/15/2020 the Installation team lead by Brian, he and Dennis worked so hard to install 28 plus blinds for my home. They are so courteous and very professional and hard working to install each blinds and throughout the installation keeping me updated and informed. I think they skip lunch and worked to very late afternoon and they determined to complete installation. Brian is a very excellent lead staff. They are very organized and explained to you in details how they plant to install. Both Brian and Dennis are such great team staff. They made very neat and clean during and after installation. "I was extremely happy with the entire process. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The product they sold me and Installed does exactly what they said it would. I would also add that the installer went to great lengths to adhere to current COVID regulations. Always wore a mask and stayed at least 6 feet away. He also brought disinfectant and was continuously sanitizing areas he worked in. To sum it up I am extremely pleased with this company. "Ray came out (showing up on time) the day after I called for an appointment. He quickly saw that the pump had cracked thanks to some debris in the tank. He had brought a replacement with him just in case and he was able to install it right away. He also set up the new pump in a way that it was elevated so it would be less likely to be impacted by debris in the future."
