"I was extremely pleased with the TV mounting services provided by Mark of HandyMark DMV LLC. He was experienced, articulate, and professional. He responded to my emails promptly and answered my landlordâ s questions as well as mine. He arrived on time for our appointments wearing a mask to prevent the spread of Covid-19, paper booties to keep the carpet clean, and carrying a vacuum cleaner. I asked Mark to install a Mantel Mount MM 540 Enhanced TV mount over the fireplace mantel. This is a complicated mount which can be tilted, swiveled, and lowered below the mantel shelf. The job didnâ t proceed as according to plan. Within the first 15 minutes, Mark determined that there was a cinderblock wall instead of vertical studs where I wanted him to hang the mount. Fortunately, he was able to quickly figure out an alternative approach. Additionally, he took his time testing and adjusting the tilt, swivel, and lowering mechanisms. Mark saved me money when he recommended that I not hide the wires behind the wall since it wasn't cost-effective to pay him to run them through cinder block. I thought that the price that he charged was extremely fair. I also appreciated his willingness to identify and mark studs so I could hang up my artwork."

"The process was smooth for the work we were seeking in our home. After the on-site visit for developing a quote, we got a detailed estimate - we were able to select/remove items, as needed, based on our budget and job. On the day of work, the three person crew lead by Leo, was prompt, efficient, and very tidy. For dry-wall work, the crew used plastic sheeting to tent the dust which really helped it from flying everywhere!
