They installed pavers, built a porch, created planting beds with appropriate drainage and water systems, created walkways and helped us design and install lighting. The previous homeowners had an unsightly mix of bushes and shrubs, a brick wall that cut into the usable yard space, and stone/rock work that didn’t match the brick patio. Lily and her team removed everything, fixed the area where the patio had been damaged by a neighboring tree, laid a new brick path matching the existing patio, and plant new ground cover in the yard. "Mr. Escobar and his team were very professional and did an excellent job! They completed a significant amount of yard work (i.e., removing yard debris, weeding flower beds, pruning bushes/trees, mulching, planting new plants/tree, laying sod, and fertilizing the grounds/flower beds, large tree removal, and regrading the gravel driveway), in a timely manner. This was not an easy job by any means after several years of no work being done to maintain the yard and driveway. The yard and driveway have never looked better! "Next Level did an excellent job resolving my standing water issue in my backyard. I felt comfortable for the first time in a very long time walking in the backyard without having to avoid mud, puddles of water, and mowing the lawn with confidence of not turning wet areas into a muddy mess. Next Level explained what were materials used and how the drainage system operates. Even after long periods of rain, Next Level was able to salvage the top layer of grass and was able to place it back after installation of the drainage system without me having to re-sod the yard. In doing so, saved me money, which is a blessing. After the work was over and a little TLC, it didn't take long for my lawn to recover. Next Level did an excellent job with the drainage system. A few years prior they also installed my sprinkler system."
