Elizabeth got back to me right away and had my appointment on the books for the same week. When Elmer came out, I knew he wasn’t there to upsell me something I didn’t need, which I appreciated. He provided me with a very reasonable quote for the repair work. He even provided me with a price to have a rotted fence post replaced. Elmer came out with 1 person to do the fascia repair. While on my roof to fix the fascia, they took pictures of several visible nails and cracked vents which means water is seeping down into the plywood. I got a quote to replace the roof, and after receiving 3 quotes I went with Blue Stone. I'm glad I did it; they replaced 9 sheets due to water damage. I also had them upgrade my gutters from 4 to 6".
