He provided me with a very reasonable quote for the repair work. He even provided me with a price to have a rotted fence post replaced. Elmer came out with 1 person to do the fascia repair. While on my roof to fix the fascia, they took pictures of several visible nails and cracked vents which means water is seeping down into the plywood.
