I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Agron evaluated our roof and how it was a poor quality job from the original construction. He offered us options including a simple fix (which due to the original construction probably wouldn't last) or to replace that section of the roof with a proper installation. We opted for the proper installation and it looks great and we feel good for that area of the roof (other areas could still be a problem as he noted, but we will deal with those areas as needed). They were also great at cleaning everything up and making sure we were satisfied with the state of the yard (after some bushes had slight damage). Overall I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we need roof work."

Everyone was on time, the crew was consistent. They cleaned up when they were done on a daily basis. They were never annoyed of me when I asked questions while they were working, they were always willing to help. I was greeted each morning and when they were ready to leave they let me know they were leaving and when they would be back. The owner called daily to keep me updated, very responsive. And when a problem area was spotted, they let me know and made sure I was okay with it before repairing it. All additional costs were estimated and approved in advance. There were no surprises.
