"Garage Tech was professional from start to finish. We needed new garage openers as ours were circa 1987! Amber was able to quote me on the phone and answer all my questions. She was willing to provide model number information as well. I had two other quotes that insisted on coming to the house and bartering, wanting to close on the spot, I chose Garage Tech even though they were the a bit more expensive. James was our installer, pointed out additional items that needed work, and provided fair pricing to do them. Not pushy at all. Work was done cleanly and professionally and we are loving our new openers. So quiet!!"

"Mario was great!!! He was professional and meticulous with his work. His quote was under my estimation, and worked perfectly within my budget. He completed everything as promised, with no additional charges. He also took the time to check in with me to see how things were working. I would recommend him with more than five stars! Show less"

"Allphase was fabulous! I had an old, odd-sized garage door (6-1/2’ tall) that had literally disintegrated, & needed to be replaced. The other companies I called wouldn’t or couldn’t deal with an odd-sized garage door. Kevin came out with his helper (I believe it was his son), and replaced the old, outdated, & badly damaged wood-fiber composite door with a nice new white steel door, & installed a new weather seal. It’s beautiful, and three years later is still working perfectly. They were professional, had good communication, showed up on time (even on short notice), did the job quickly, cleaned up the mess & hauled away the old door, and was reasonably priced! I’m writing this review 2 years later (Sorry, I thought I’d already done so), so I’m not 100% sure on the price, but I know it was less than I’d anticipated. I believe it was somewhere around $600-800 for everything. I highly recommend Allphase for your garage door jobs!"

"DO NOT USE: We were quoted $6K for a shower kit install. Upon completion of the work, it was immediately apparent that the installation was defective and did not meet acceptable industry standards. Specifically: No water membrane was installed behind the shower kit, rendering the installation non-compliant with waterproofing best practices. No caulking was applied to seal seams, leaving the installation vulnerable to water intrusion and damage. The walls and surrounding trim were not plumb, which made it impossible to install a functioning shower door. A McLendon's supervisor subsequently inspected the installation onsite and acknowledged the poor workmanship. We were informed that the matter would be addressed, but despite multiple follow-up phone calls, we received no further communication or resolution from McLendon's. Nevertheless, the remaining balance of $3,100 was charged to our account without our authorization or consent and without any resolution."

"Definitely recommend/hire. I first called Reidt Way Doors in the morning and explained my wood garage door (original that is 30+ years old) had come apart and needed replacing. Richard said he could come by for a look later that afternoon. He was the only door company I called that didn't schedule for next day, week, or beyond. Richard showed up around 5pm and had a look at the door. He said that these doors were well made and I could likely fix the top panel, vs buying a whole new door, as the wood had separated but not fractured. After talking through his recommendation (what exactly to undo to remove the panel) I was impressed and going to go that route. Next thing I know he's poking and prodding on the door and he gets the panel pieces to go back into place on the spot. He attaches a steel brace in two areas to hold the top/bottom together, and the door I thought was going to cost me at least a $grand, is now in perfect working order! He also replaced the springs, as one had broken, which caused the issue to begin with."
