They were flexible with start dates and began the project on the date I asked, and sent me progress pictures along the way. In addition, the flooring in my cabin is NOT easy -- as the shape of the cabin has various angles and other odd nuances. Kyle and Jessie handled it masterfully. Finally, my cabin is in a fairly remote location, and I am so grateful they drove the distance to help me with the remodel. This delayed the start, and although it did take longer than I expected, everything came out great. They did not charge me extra after the water damage was exposed, which was a relief. One of the other estimates I got from a general contractor was for 3x as much, AND they planned to add on after the wall was opened. The bathroom specialists wanted 150% of what we paid, and I think we ended up with better results."
