Over time, the slow leaks in several places resulted in damage to a room. They were small leaks, but the major problem was that they have planton, or wall guard, that collects the water and drives it down into the drain. They did not put this up high enough, so it drips, but they are going to put planton across the entire wall to fix this. They have also arranged for a contractor to help repair the damages to the room.

The subsequent repairs to the wall guard failed to address the leakage.

Jack, the owner of PermaDry, came out to look at the installation of the wall guard and drainage system, and he determined that there were problems that had not been anticipated that had blocked proper drainage and so caused the seepage. He authorized three of his best men to rebuild the entire system at PermaDry's expense. Their work and clean-up were excellent. Aaron, the project manager, suggested that we allow some time for observation, just to be sure that all problems were resolved. To date, the system is keeping my basement dry and the humidity in line with the rest of the house.

I wasn't sure how PermaDry would honor their warrantee, whether they guaranteed the system that they installed or only the resilience of their wall guard. I happy to say that they take pride in their work and warrantee.

"I was contacted in a timely manner and made an appointment.  Unfortunately, they had a truck problem and we need to reschedule.  This was not a problem, as they did not need to have me at home to do the work.  They have done work for me before and I have been able to give direction and they come and do the work.  They have done more than asked in the past.  This time they treated the lawn and overseeded, which has completely filled in the bad spots in the lawn.  It's been 3 or 4 weeks now, and we can see a real difference in the thickness and appearance of the lawn.  I have used them to trim trees back in the fall and they have always exceeded my expectaations.

"Heard a noise in my attic  thought it was a squirrel. I've been living at this residence  since 1977 never had this problem before, I called up the 1st pest-control place I found they said they would call me back never did. So I called up plateau pest control near my home in Covington,  they answer the phone right away they said they would be out at 6:30 PM. They could  have put me off to the following day but they didn't! A young man by the name of SOKHARA came out at 7 o'clock. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite.

He quickly evaluate the situation went up in the attic and discovered I had  a rat situation. He  Quickly went up to the roof and sealed off all  exits , checked area for any possible entry-level. After that was done he went into the attic again  and put down 7 traps . He said he would be back next week to check  Everything out. He also laid down a trap near the house, he didn't wind up leaving until 10 o'clock. I wouldn't hesitate  calling  these guys up again .  They did a great job would highly recommend them."
