"Lead plumber Mitchell, did great service with even better follow up. As with a lot of services, it comes down to the actual person with which you interact. Mitchell handled a drywall repair issue related to the installation by taking personal responsibility and action to cover the cost himself. Seatown plumbing manager initially said they were not covering the repair, but after speaking with Mitchell this morning confirmed that Seatown will reimburse him for the cost of repair. Mitchell exhibited a high level of competency in his work, and an equally high level of character."

Fernando showed up and ended up solving the problem quickly and was able to explain to me what caused it and how to prevent further incident. Fernando was very courteous and professional and easy to work with making me feel valued as a customer and secure in what was going on with my plumbing."

First appointment no show service man got into a job that occupied his whole day. Second appointment missed because service man sick. Finally showed up for third appointment. Congenial and wore mask when he arrived. Said it would be $550 for the inspection. It took fifteen minutes. No parts or anything. Just labor. Easy access. The service person came back upstairs wearing the mask to only cover his mouth, not his nose."
