"Foy's Final Touch was highly recommended by a friend who had him insulate her entire condo complex. When he came to give an estimate, he also identified issues with my soffit vents and dryer vent. While discussing the project, I informed him that several outlet boxes did not have the required outlet box covers. He said he noticed that the outlet boxes were not covered and said he could make it part of the project. He made a date for the work and showed up on time. He showed me what materials they were going to use and how the work was to be done. He and his crew cleaned out the old insulation and debris, prepared the attic crawlspace with â depth gaugesâ to insure installation of the new insulation to the required depth for the proper "R" value. They opened the soffit vents and added panels for proper ventilation. They also "corrected" a roof dryer vent with a roof vent of the correct design. Mr. Foy took pictures of my dryer vent duct insides showing the lint buildup before and after he corrected it by installing the proper roof vent and duct work. After the work was completed, I noticed my furnace is not running as much or as long as before and my dryer dries better and in less time. He and his crew are all about the work. They have a serious work ethic and take great pride in their work. I highly recommend them."

He explained everything that ARC insulators would be doing to our home. He told us about rebates that would be credited to our bill because of a blower door pressure test and gas appliance combustion test. He presented a well-written quote. The technician for the tests and the technicians who did the insulation work showed up on time. They explained everything they were doing thoroughly. "I met Robert for an estimate. Robert is a straight shooter, gave a competitive estimate, and no pressure at all. I decided to go with him after another estimate I got was borderline gouging. I was impressed with how efficiently and quickly his crew worked. These guys know what they are doing. Many companies can insulate an attic but Attic Air can also replace attic and bathroom fans. Make sure your soffit though has holes in it to let air into the attic. This was an optional piece for me but the crew chief explained to me the new attic fan that was being installed would burn out if there was not enough air coming in from the soffit for the fans to circulate. I also took advantage to replace two other very old bathroom fans with more powerful Panasonic 100 cfm LED fans to take advantage of the crew being in the attic. My second floor used to be 3 degrees cooler than what the thermostat showed on the first floor, but is now 1 degree or no difference. I am hoping I won't need a separate cooler fan in the summer on the second floor. Didn't need a separate heater for winter at least or shiver unless I brought up the temperature on first floor."
