The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". "Debbie from All Seasons Roofs was very personable and professional in her communication. Despite the overall price being higher than other quotes, I decided to support this local company. There was a mistake during the job in that the wrong skylight was shipped from the supplier and the old skylight was removed before the error was discovered. This necessitated having the old skylight re-installed while the correct one was ordered. I was concerned about damage to the underlying support structure with multiple skylight removals, but it appears that the installation of the correct skylight went without a hitch. It rained quite hard the morning after installation of the new skylight and there were no leaks. Overall, I am pleased with the job done by All Seasons Roofs and would recommend their services."

"We chose SureGuard even though we had better quotes from other companies because we were sold on promise that work would be completed by their crews and supervised by their foreman daily. We loved the idea of hiring a local business that uses their own crews. It was obvious once work began that SureGuard was subcontracting work to other companies, and they did not send their foreman with these crews. The paint crew arrived and didn’t seem to have a complete picture of the work to be performed. They were difficult to communicate with and we had questions about the quality of their workmanship. I ended up having to place calls with their office to address my concern. To SureGuards credit, they did send out someone the following morning and my concerns were addressed. The work did turn out ok in the end, however the process was stressful. Had we known they were going to sub out the work we would have gone with the other bids. I would consider them for roofing, which appears to be their core business."
