"They were super quick in their response time; about ten minutes after I had requested a quote, they called to tell me they were on their way. Our septic field was really backed up but they were able to come out later the same afternoon with a backhoe to dig up the yard and see why it was backed up. Apparently the leech line had been routed beneath a huge tree and the roots were choking the field badly.
