"It went fantastic. The guys were so nice and personable, never afraid to take a moment to talk about what they were doing and what their next project was going to be. They tore down the old deck and rebuilt it from nothing, other than salvaging the old decks roof. They screened it in and build new stairs. Then they pack all thr trash up on a trailer and hauled it away. As part of the same price package, they cleaned out the massive pile of junk from my garage. That pile had been there growing for years, and now I have a garage again! The deck looks amazing. We immediately hung up our porch swing, threw a table full of plants out there, grabbed a floor fan, and cranked up the smoker for a nice smoked salmon dinner. The difference is night and day! Where previously we'd get destroyed by mosquitoes... this screened in porch barely let's anything sneak through... so we can enjoy our cooler nights outside with a coffee and the moonlight. We'll be hiring them for our handyman needs in the future. We need pur driveway patched up next, and then who knows! But these are the guys we're going with."

"Hail damage occurred in March of this year and I contacted Braswell Construction as well as 2 other local roofing companies. Chris Gaugler contacted me asap and came out to the house. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. "First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. We did talk to competing companies.  We were offered wood windows that required painting or cheaper material windows-same pricing.  We did have 2 full fiberglass doors installed also.  Ready for winter!!   Thanks, Dream Home"

"They came to the house at our request to give an estimate for window installation. The demo was quite convincing as to the quality of their product. The quality seems to be quite high and in line with what they promised. The price seems a bit high, but I feel that as in most things you get what you pay for, so the money we spent is not a great concern. The sales pitch was pretty aggressive which could cause some to agree to something that they really don't want or can't afford. We are not easily pushed around by sales people so we recognized the pitch for what it was and concentrated on the product itself. After installation, one of the windows developed a crack in one corner. The company came out quickly, assessed the situation and initiated a replacement. The replacement came within a relatively short time and since that time there have been no complaints about this product. Since installation, we have noticed that it is significantly quieter in the house and much easier to heat and cool the place. After all is said and done, the product delivers what it is advertised to do albeit at a relatively high initial cost. We would use this company again, but in the future I would attempt to negotiate the price because I feel that we did pay the very top of the market and I have heard that these things can sometimes be had for less than the original offer."
