"This is the 2nd time that we used MD Curbscape to create a nice backyard space. 8 years we had a patio and all way installed and we received compliments until the day we moved. Just last week, we had a stamped concrete patio installed and had our 2 car parking pad extended to fit 4 cars! We love our patio, in particular the unique size and colors! Paul’s crew was so courteous and made sure that cleanup was nice and neat, which is very important to us. We’ve already had 2 people ask us for contact info for MD Curbscape. "i had a small wall on my patio that was deteriorating. Arturo and his crew removed the wall and created a step. It looks incredible. He repaired some cracks we had in our concrete and located and repaired the root cause of a leak we have had in our sunroom off and on for ten years. I've had other contractors in over the years and Arturo was confident he could find and repair the problem - and darned if he didn't!! We have an older home, so I worry about foundation issues....this guy is incredible! Knows his craft, professional, neat, prompt, communicates well. I will hire him again."

"A neighbor had some work done by 7th State and I watched their progress, so I asked the neighbor for their contact. I had a small porch replaced by a screened porch. The original porch was wood and starting to dry rot, and was slippery in rain and snow. I met with Anthony in February for an estimate and to tell him what I wanted. The County permit process and requirements for improvement went on until September -- an 8 month wait. They required me to plant trees and shrubbery simply to replace something already there, OR pay a fee to not plant trees and shrubbery. Ashley in the office helped me through this and kept me advised of the progress toward getting it started. Work began on September 10, ended mid October. Each step had to be approved by the permit office. The workmanship and finished product are outstanding. Neighbors have complimented me on the improvement. Some workers worked up until 7:00pm to finish their part of the project. I would recommend this contractor to anybody."

"I cannot thank enough the owner, front office personnel, and employees of this most professional business I have ever dealt with. Most other businesses have put me on hold, worked on their time, charged a service fee just for coming out, neglected to follow up with how satisfying their product and their installation/fix worked for us. As I was purchasing my home, Walter Brown's inspector did not hold back, explained in details as long as it took all my options for what would work within my parameters. From there, they sent out a crew that worked nearly around the clock to ensure all was taken care of without delay. Within a few weeks, they came out to reinspect and ensure everything is holding up and working the way it is suppose to. Whenever I call, day/night Ms. Sarah Edwards answers without hesitation with an uplifting and positive attitude that no matter the situation, she will prioritize it urgent to take care of. They have sent out a team on their dime, to help seal parts of the roof and chimney that were not necessarily under their original contract to handle and even fixed things from the inside to give my family the most assuring home preventive measures were taken and would last for as long as we own the home. A couple of days ago, after a few weeks of strong gusts of wind, the owner himself, Matt, came out to fully inspect, find the plausible cause, and stayed to fix the damage caused by mother nature's force impaling a branch thru a softer part of the roof. Neither Matt nor Ms. Edwards hesitated for one second in the fact that the rest of their teams were tied up, and came out immediately per what my employment schedule allowed for. As stated previously, I highly recommend not to overlook this company when it comes to work that they verbally state they will handle, and on time; they back up the talk with the most professional personnel and satisfying results. None of them have ever mentioned nor even tried to add any additional hidden, mysterious, or additional charges, and were more than willing to see things are done right the first time."
