He was consultative throughout the whole process. Lisa was responsible for arranging installation and paperwork and was very responsive to inquiries as well as reaching out to confirm things were moving forward. Citywide has always been very responsive to remedy any issues, walking us thru fixes over the phone or coming out when necessary. Only issue we have is with the video doorbell only working intermittently, but that's more an issue with the hardware not Citywide. Customer service is an A+."
