A week later, however, another, completely unrelated problem arose, namely, a door switch that stopped all activity. Once they determined that was the culprit, they ordered the part and as soon as it came in, they rushed over and two weeks of laundry finally got done! They did NOT charge a service call for the last two visits, even though technically, it was not the same problem as the first time.
