"I posted prior review at time he began- He is more than likely better for small projects, not large scale. He started off wonderful, although this was not a small project, he committed to work he claimed experience and then had difficulty. At first he showed daily, worked hard until about 65% completed and he had been paid 2/3 of job- then he committed to coming, no show. I would contact claimed personal errands came up then committed another time no show. This occurred 3 days in row. There were other days he was frequently on phone, stating calls other jobs. Unreliability is an issue for me. This task dragging on too long. He claims distracted other tasks helping me, this is true and do take into consideration, although his lack of experience in a task made it take longer than should have taken. My husband was a contractor ( he passed ) so I am not unfamiliar with Const tasks I am not being unreasonable. He is more than likely great on small job- day or two- handling a larger project he begins to become unreliable. He has many skills, this job should been nothing for him- although he overcommits and lets personal issues affect concentration."

They were by far the lowest bid, and once again excelled in quality of work and end project. The crew was hardworking and respectful, working long hours and always cleaning up at the end of each day. We were once again pleased with the responsiveness to all questions and changes we made as the remodel was underway, and the bathroom was finished in the time frame that was estimated at the start of the project. The bathroom turned out even better than we had hoped! We are so pleased with the remodel that we can’t wait to do the rest of the bathrooms in our home."

"We had to install STAS systems to hang photographs and there Seven tracks and they installed it professionally within 3 hours. They also filled up previous holes on the wall and painted the area. They were efficient and completed all work per our requirements. The only negative was their cost for three hours work ($450) was a bit high. But overall, based on their quality and efficiency, it was worth it."

"Ozzie Rivera is nice, professional, friendly and very cordial person. He came out to see the project, a side of the house wood fence, and he gave me an estimate. Although, his estimate is a little higher than some of the previous ones I gathered, I hired him anyway, because from his explanations or layout of the way he would work on the project, plus materials he mentioned he would use, I was convinced he is the guy who I can trust, and know his craft. Sure, enough I was not disappointed - he did a good job on the wood fence, and I would like to recommend him for those who are looking for a quality handyman."
