"This company was very professional. The work that was done is amazing. The project was completed in a timely manner. Everything that I wanted done was done right. They even cleaned up after themselves. The piece of property that I needed cleaned up had weeds that were peeking over a 6ft fence. It would have been impossible for me to accomplish this project. "The movers were great. Very professional and did a great job. The trouble was with the estimate and the amount of time it actually took to complete the job. It took the move 2 times as long as it should have. It was originally estimated as a total of 4 +/- hours to load and unload. The total time to finish was about 10 hours. Since they are paid by the hour it more than double the cost that I was anticipating. I tried to talk with the estimator about it and he would never call me back. I was able to talk with the scheduler but there was no resolution to this issue. I had chose to use Bekin for moving because they had done a great job for me in the past. This was probably the last time I would use this company."

Gary was very responsive and when they started remediation, the black mold was worse than expected. They were helpful in determining the source of the leak, which confirmed the fix we had done.
