He promptly added us to his schedule in order to coordinate with our roofing project. Armando and his crew removed damaged brick from our 100 yr old garage and replaced them with matching materials. They also did tuckpointing on the garage and house. Armando and I did a walk through and he addressed all the areas that I pointed out as being of concern. The work looks Great! We intend to have him back out to rebuild our front entrance steps."

"Had a large existing paver patio removed and underlying concrete pad, which was previously put in by DMX landscape just horrible!!! DMX put in 3 other patios in my neighborhood and all four (4) of us had them tore out and redone, I wouldnâ t hire DMX to walk my dog!!! ***I contacted Giovanni with Denver Landscape and his crew lead by Fabian did an outstanding butt busting intensive labor job to demolish & carry out numerous wheel barrels of sand and concrete! They then brought in road base and compacted going over it several times, the put in the new extra large pavers and it is beautiful! This new patio will be here for a life time it is and has a perfect grade for draining!!!!! The lead man on the job (Fabian) was pleasant, communicated from beginning to end of the job, everyday they cleaned up put everything away before they left the job. They worked diligently everyday except Sunday to complete the job. Owner Giovanni was always available returned my texts/calls immediately anytime I had a question. Denver Landscape put in my next door neighbors patio 2 years ago and they did a fantastic job. I recommended DL to my daughter last year and they did a huge patio for her and did a fantastic job there too! *** This is why I hired them a few weeks ago to do mine, honestly if you want the job done efficiently and correctly you should hire them or take your chances going elsewhere and then call Giovanni to come fix the mess the other company does for you! "Manuel and his company (MDS) did an outstanding job making our backyard flagstone patio like new again. They reseated loose stones, removed and replaced all the cracked mortar joints, and replaced a dozen brick papers around the perimeter. Their bid was reasonable for how much work there was, they were consistently on time each morning at 7 a.m. and it was all done in 3 days. Hard working, respectful of property and neighbors, and a pleasure to work with. We love our patio all over again now that I'm headed into retirement."

"We hired Bill primarily because he offered a plan for repairing our sinking flagstone patio steps. We had had several other contractors out to inspect and advise. Nobody was interested in taking on this project. There was lots of conflicting advice...tear it out and start over, hire mud jackets, hire push pier operators, etc. Only Bill said he could repair the steps and return them to close to their original form. And he did it in a very clever way. He carefully removed the middle steps and drilled holes into the concrete slab until he was able to split it in half. He then used large pry bars to raise the upper portion. He filled in the gap with stones and concrete and then reinstalled the original flagstones. The end result looks very much as it did fifteen years ago when originally built. Bill advised us that in addition to the sinking patio steps, there were several other problem areas needing attention, mostly having to do with preventing water damage. But the biggest additional problem he discovered was that the brick siding on our house had been installed with no anchors to the walls!!! In some places, the brick was separating from the wall and there were gaps at the top where water could get in. Bill reinforced the brick walls with many large screws. Amazingly, you cannot even see them unless you really look close. I am so glad we discovered Vintage Stoneworks. The disasters Bill has likely saved us from are horrifying to contemplate. Thank you, Bill, for all you did to improve and protect our home."

"Once again, Gabriel and his crew did a great job! This summer a large tree fell on our old detached brick garage. When they came to replace the roof it was discovered that the garage was to severely compromised and it started to collapse. So they tore it down and did a complete rebuild in cinder block with a nice stucco finish to match our house. Poured a new floor, installed a new door and opener, and even replaced a wood fence that had been damaged. These guys can do it all. Done within a few weeks at a reasonable price.
