He was easy to work with and took extra time to go over our plan to make sure i was happy with everything and even made some great suggestions that improved the overall layout of the room. i was nervous at first because the last person i had hired to do some work on my place, left halfway and never finished. i was so happy i found Joshua because he was very easy going and a pleasure to work with and had a good attitude throughout the entire process. Our basement was transformed from a dungeon to a bright, usable space. Two bathrooms - one basement, one guest - changed from functional to fantastic. Upstairs popcorn ceilings - gone; weird middle of the room closet in the living room - gone, opening the sightlines of the room and making it seem larger. We are also appreciative of the small touches that we might not have thought of: they fixed three way switches so that they work correctly, made sure exhaust fans were vented correctly, routed a gas line more efficiently to a fireplace for future use.
