We first had our interior painting done in Nov 2015 and I noticed that there was a problem with the paint, so I called and Ernie came right out. He agreed there was indeed a problem and said no problem, they would come back and repaint the rooms at my convenience, which they did this week. I never had a complaint with their quality of work, because they did an amazing job. It ended up that the paint was not washable as requested. They truly do stand by their customer satisfaction 100% and I will use them again the next time I need a job done. "The worker showed up around 1:30 pm about an hour or so after I called. Tested my capacitor and said it was bad . He didn?t have that one in his truck so he said he would go to his shop for it , was gone for about an hour and came back did some work and then told me my blower motor was also bad and that the price would be higher for that but he didn?t have it on his truck. A few hrs later he told me the motor he had installed was faulty & that he would come back after his next job in about an hour and a half. So 8:30 pm comes and he showed up worked for about 45 minutes and told me he was finished. My AC was running and cooling off finally. I wake up at around 1:30 am freezing and couldn?t turn down the temperature because the thermostat wire had been jumped to test it and never taken off. So I had to climb up the ladder and pull the disconnect to turn it off . I texted the owner to let him know ,and got a reply at 5:40 said he would be over at 7am , I climbed up fixed it myself"
