"Isidro and his crew removed the mold and applied a paint that will keep the mold from re-forming. Isidro also determined that we would need new gutters to prevent the problem from happening again. We had known the gutters were in bad shape and we also knew the leaky gutters were probably causing problems with moisture so we went ahead and hired Isidro's company to remove the old gutters and replace them with new gutters. Isidro always took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. His crew was hard-working and friendly. We are so happy with the results! We have no signs of mold in the basement and the gutters are doing their job. It is also nice to have attractive gutters now."

"We were delayed due to the weather in Kentucky.  When it cleared they had the roof on in one day.  There were a few issues after installation.  The metal was not even at the rear of the house, there were a couple of pieces of paneling that were not installed completely, there were some dents in the roofing, and the downspouts were not removed initially.  I spoke to the owner and he came to inspect what was done so that corrections and repairs could be made. <br />"

"Absolutely wonderful experience with the Ground Zero crew who installed my shelter. They were punctual and efficient. The process was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. During the digging, a very small amount of damage was done on my garage. I didn't even know about it until the foreman explained to me how he was going to fix it - he repaired and repainted the area himself that afternoon. In addition to being very professional, the whole crew was kind to my 4 year old son who was very excited about the shelter. They gave him earplugs and showed him everything they were doing. "It was real easy to get a quote from Classic Metal Roofing Systems of Kentuckiana. The guy who is the main sales rep there was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Their quote was on a par with everyone else's. They don't hand-nail, they use pneumatic air hammers, and our house is very old so this would have been a disaster. We've worked on it and we know what it looks like and this method would probably have put nails through those boards. Despite him saying it won't, I didn't want to risk it. They seem like a fine company, and the guy who came out seemed very nice. I just didn't care for their installation method. The Sales guy was honest and said that they hadn't worked on many older houses, so I wanted to work with a company that had better experience in working with a much older substrate."

"We were looking for a carpenter to add crown molding, base molding and moldings around doors and windows in our house as we are remodeling. We saw other good reviews for ACA Handyman on Angie's List and gave them a call. They answered our call, made an appointment and came early to the appointment! All things I have not had other do in the past. They were able to get measurements and a quote during the initial  appointment and we decided to move forward. <br /> <br />We had existing crown molding we were tying into in our hallway and dining room and the ACA Handymen were able to do so without being able to tell! They were on time each day, and although it took an extra day to complete, it worked out fine. We also had them hang a new door to an existing door frame and it looks wonderful. They had to widen the door hinges and added a door handle. There was one split in the molding on the window, but our painter was able to patch it with no problems and you can't tell it was <br /> <br />even there. <br /> <br />We are extremely happy with the outcome of moldings. We wish we would have known about them sooner to do other work in the <br /> <br />house! We will continue to use them on other projects and strongly recommend ACA Handyman to others! <br /> <br />"

"This isn't an easy roof even without the metal roof that was existing. Ours is extremely steep yet these guys weren't intimidated at all. They called and were able to start a week ahead of the scheduled start (score extra points there), arrived on time daily, finished earlier than anticipated and throughly cleaned up the yard afterwards. They took extra care not to disturb the plants in the yard even though to me, the roof was the bigger concern, plants are great but a leaky roof getting fixed was upper most in importance. The crew were respectful and seemed to work like a well honed engine. I have no doubt that only mother nature's worst will cause me to need their services again but should the need arise, I will call them without a doubt."
