"In addition to our deck remodel project, we wanted a new stone patio to really finish out the back yard space and a concrete slab to provide a secure foundation for our new hot tub. Johnny, Ricardo, Fabian, and the entire Deck Envy team did an amazing job designing and delivering an amazing patio â turning our old, outdated back yard into a new functional and usable space. In working with Johnny on our patio/walkway design, Johnny did a fantastic job of offering ways we could take advantage of the natural rock formations in our backyard to lay out the patio to blend in with the free form shapes. Johnny developed a wonderful design that incorporated a space for our new hot tub that kept the natural, free form design look of the rest of the backyard. Johnny's team provided detailed drawings and images for our HOA approval process â and it was clear Deck Envy would be easy to work with, extremely reliable, and deliver an amazing stone patio/walkway. As with our deck remodel, project manager Ricardo did a fantastic job of securing the permits, communicating the requirements to the crew, and ensuring everything was done in a timely and quality manner. He did a great job of ensuring we were always up to speed on the status of the project and next steps. For the construction, Fabian and his crew did an amazing job building the stone walkway â exceeding our expectations with the finished project by even reassembling our old stone wall that had to be repositioned. Fabian and his crew ensured that the hot tub concrete slab was sound and able to withstand the hot tub weight â poured in a way to flow and connect to the new stone walkway. The overall look is absolutely stunning, and we couldnâ t be more pleased with our new backyard oasis."

He not only replaced the stone, he shored up the concrete base, used thicker stone, and changed the design to make it less likely to break in the future. It’s significantly more stable and has a much better appearance. They got everything done quickly, when they said they would."

"Perfect, 2 courteous gentlemen were here for 2 days and redid our front patio that my parents build 16 years ago. Some of the rows of bricks were sinking. They took all the bricks up and repaired the border and laid the bricks back down and the patio looks brand new. It truly looks professional now and the guys were a pleasant to work with."

"Went very well. Complete in 2 full days with a 2-person crew. They paid particular attention to aesthetics afterward which I appreciated. Most positive part was, they finished the day before a torrential rain storm which washed away much of the disturbed soil (where the drainage pipe was buried) as well as mulch and some river stones. I informed them and, without my realizing, they returned to my property, cleaned everything up and left quietly. When you do jobs like this, things can go wrong (including the uncontrollable, like inclement weather). What I appreciated was how responsive they were and how they ultimately made it clear that they wanted to do a good job for their customer. Lily, the project manager was great. The crew did a good job. The price was at par with other places but I'll take that + great communication and responsiveness any day. I've already referred them to 3 others in my neighborhood and I will definitely use again."

He helped my wife and I scope out the project and listened to what we wanted and how we wanted to use the space. They removed and rebuilt a deteriated brick front porch, brick steps, and a 12 foot flagstone walkway to the driveway, and built a large backyard flagstone patio and a connecting 15 foot flagstone walkway. Before they had even finished my work, a neighbor had contracted them for an even larger project."
