The work was scheduled as we requested and he and his crew showed up at the scheduled day and time. He estimated two days to complete the work--and the work was completed in those two days. He and his crew were careful in working at the site (private home). They installed an underground drain pipe and catch basins to address stormwater drain issues during major rains. They were careful to ensure that the pipe inclined lower until it daylighted--they used a level to check and verify this. They reinstalled brickwork that they had first removed and did a great job. Adrian was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my several questions before the job and during the two days working on the project."

Troy proposed a plan to improve drainage by running drain pipes from all of the downspouts, and then adding top soil and sod. Afterward, I followed his watering instructions to a tee, and the yard is now absolutely beautiful, and we don't have rivers flowing through the yard when it rains, either. He added fabric and rock under our deck, too. The price was reasonable for the work, and Troy and his crew were polite and responsive. A great experience, and I would use Superior again."

"Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.
