"The All Renovations team, led by Tony, did a fantastic job. The first two days had 4 people working to dismantle my bathroom, and then for the days of cutting tile, had 2 people at all times. They worked quickly, and hard, from 9am till sometimes 7pm. Master bath was done in 9 working days. This company handles labor and construction materials, while the client handle purchasing of most renovation materials like the tile, vanity, fixtures, tub, and toilet. For those who want to have direct control over the materials, and the cost, this is the way to go. I was onsite each day, and would give some direction (which they always closely followed) like how I wanted the tiles, which grout goes with which tiles, and that I wanted an additional light switch because I added a chandelier to the room. I've already decided to have the team back to construct a half bath."

We hired Munoz Construction to repair the areas where the wet drywall had been cut and removed and we also decided to take this event as an opportunity to complete the remodeling for two full bathrooms, the laundry room, and rec room at the same time. Jose Munoz made sure we were happy with every aspect of the job, and he kept us updated regarding the schedule throughout the project. The crew showed up on time (if not early) each day and cleaned up at the end of each work day. We felt very comfortable working with Munoz Construction and the renovations look great."

We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen and dining area to look like, but were unsure if it was going to be possible and what materials should be used. Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. He not only pointed us in the right direction for the big things like counter-tops, but also for the backsplash, drawer pulls, and lighting fixtures. All our work was done efficiently and Mr. Everett's team went above and beyond whenever an unexpected problem occurred. I am confident that all the work was done thoroughly and that I will not have any problems in the foreseeable future. The same team arrived promptly at my house every day and worked diligently so that the job was done in the time frame originally quoted to us, despite some additional plumbing work that was necessary. Because the same workers were in my house everyday, I felt comfortable coming and going and knew that my house was in good hands. If I ever had a question or concern about anything, I would text Mr. Everett and he would always get back to me very quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He was also very quick to come to the house if anything was ever needed. I have not experienced such great customer service with any other company. The materials used for our new kitchen are beautiful, and I feel that we had everything done for a very fair price. I would highly recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen because of their ethics in every regard. Their goal is to make your remodeling job as easy for you as possible while providing you with a quality product that you will love."

"From our first visit to the Waterstone office to the final walkthrough when the project was completed, our experience with Waterstone was fantastic. Jeff Thompson and Deanna Llewellyn designed the new kitchen, taking our input and making a plan that was better than we hoped. The entire renovation process was done professionally, with respect to the fact that we were living in the house at the time. Javier led the crew, and every day the site was cleaned up and Javier took the time to explain the work they'd done that day and what they would do next. The project came in at budget, it was done on time, and the work was top notch. We're very happy with the outcome, and in fact, we've talked to Jeff about the master bath. "We selected this company because we wanted to renovate our master bathroom and add lighting in certain other rooms. They could do both for us. Having recently been through a master bathroom remodel in another house in another region, we knew what we were getting into, and what we wanted. They gave us an early estimate, which seemed reasonable, and wanted several thousand dollars to draw up the design (note: we didn't change the floor plan and we knew basically what we wanted). We met with subcontractors to pick out vanities, tile, and granite. We already had picked out our hardware and fixtures. After this, they gave us our actual estimate - about 60 percent higher than their original estimate! We tried to make sense of their rationale but at the end of the day there was a high dollar amount we could not account for, despite repeated questions asked by us. We did not select the highest end extras that would have escalated the cost. At the end, we went with another contractor (who came in at our original estimate and delivered a beautiful product), selected an electrician on our own, and chose to forego our money for their (TCB) design fee."

"Matt yusufhanoglu and his company Living colors did a phenomenal job in restoring my 1958 ranch house into a gem. The house was empty and in terrible condition on the inside. With the help of his architect Matt was able to present me with multiple choices based on the open floor plan that I wanted in the main living area. This included tearing down an attached room and building a beautiful sunlit addition that extended the kitchen area and added a sun room. Matt and his site lead Carlos also creatively found space to add a full second bathroom to make the house an efficient 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work and the amazing interior design selections such as cabinets, windows, flooring and associated hardware that made this house my dream come true."
