They tore off the roof completely to diagnose the damage from the previous roof and replaced the necessary plywood that was damaged. The crew was very kind and professional! They were very neat and through out the whole process and by the end of it all the clean up was immaculate! Mr. Clemons, the sales rep, was very helpful, thorough and kind! He helped me understand the cost of everything and made it make sense to replace the entire roof as well as my gutters!
