"It did go so well! I know Frank Similia for many years, and he has done many projects for my company. Hi quality of work is excellent, his product is top notch, and all in Frank is perfect. I have to admit that sometimes I need Frank to guide me, not that I feel lost, but the assurance and certainty he does things it gives me security. I feel very confident about his skills, personality, and professionalism. Without any doubt, I never go somewhere else, when I have someone powerful to help me. "We recently had our kitchen remodeled and expanded by removing a wall to create an open floor plan. The contractor did an outstanding job. Throughout the renovation, they kept the site immaculately clean, which was much appreciated as we were living in the house at the time. They were always respectful of our space and provided knowledgeable recommendations for suppliers and installers. The entire process was handled professionally, and we are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend!"

"MMP was fantastic. They were easy to work with and did great work. We only had trouble with 2 sub-contractors during this project (Granite & Kitchen design) and they were the sub-contractors that my wife and I selected ourselves outside of MMP... we wish we had used MMP for everything because they did such a good job. I can't recommend them enough. We'd definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone."

"I hired Quality Construction (QC) to remodel my condo for sale. QC removed the old carpets and installed bamboo flooring through out living room and kitchen. The bamboo flooring came out beautiful. QC took the time to take care of every little corner to make sure there was no gap. Then I hired QC to remodel my kitchen, painted all walls and put in granite counter top.  The kitchen looks lovely. Then I hired QC to build a new stand up shower in my half bathroom great design he came up with on the first floor. QC installed ceramic tile 12 x 24 in my shower, install marble floor, cherry oak vanity black granite top, very nice medicine cabinet ,track lighting, painted all the walls.  All finished work came out marvelous. Next I hired QC to remodel my bathroom upstairs install new tub, marble floor, ceramic tiles 12 x 24 all around shower walls, cherry oak vanity black granite top, very nice medicine cabinet, track lighting n painted all the walls. QC workmanship very neat, very clean, take's the extra time that's needed for a great job.He is punctuate and reliable.  Not to mention that his price is very reasonable.  All my friends and relatives couldn't stop commenting how nice the remodeled unit looks like.  The remodeled unit looks so lovely that I almost changed my mind of selling it. "When I recently removed rose bushes and shrubs that grew out of control on the side of my house. I noticed that the eaves and soffit was rotted and badly damaged at the point where the electrical wiring was attached. The estimate was reasonable and timely. They stated the work and gave updates on progress. When the work was finished it looked great. The bill and payment process was a breeze. I am looking forward to having Mr P do more need repairs in the near future."
