"The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."

They also touched up other trim work around the house and painted everything to match my existing trim. They really did a great job. "Generally, I was pleased with the work. There were some scheduling issues (scheduled to start on a day, but didn't read through the texts to confirm, so didn't show up that day), but once they started the work, it was done in relatively good time. There was a pricing issue as well, in that we had contracted to have the siding repaired and replaced, but we didn't notice that the estimate did not include painting. When we asked about painting, we were told it was no problem. Once we received the quote for the painting however, we decided it was too much money, and said not to do the painting (via phone conversation and via text). The painting was done anyway, and though the cost for it was more than we had wanted to pay, it was already done and so we were stuck with having to pay additional money for it (though David did reduce the cost somewhat, which was helpful). There was also a quality issue with the work. However, when we called David and told him about the issue, he came to our house immediately to work through it, then stayed at the house with his employee and made sure everything was corrected. I was very impressed with David's willingness to correct mistakes and make sure we were satisfied. I would hire Rhinosite again, but I would be extra-extra-diligent in any and all communications with them."

Rodolfo Galo responded promptly to our request for an estimate to replace several clapboards on our home along with scraping and painting the exterior of the house. He emailed the quote to us on the following day. He also furnished us with a Certificate of Insurance before he began the work. The project was delayed by one day but he called in advance to let us know. They began the work on a Monday morning, showing up at 7:30 AM. The entire project took one week and each day they were at our home at 7:30 AM and worked until it was too dark to work anymore. We even increased the scope of work to be done and they were still able to get the entire project completed within the one week estimated time. They were very quiet and respectful of our property. They covered our windows and shrubs with plastic and tarps as they were painting. They never bothered us with loud music or the request to use our bathroom. Rodolfo and Jose, were very pleasant and thorough in their preparation of the clapboards to be painted. When the project was complete, they removed all trash and debris from our property. They even took the old shutters from our home to dispose of them. We would not hesitate to hire them again. The job went very smoothly and was well done.
