They helped us focus in on what we needed immediately. We were able to get a 20% discount on some other tiles that was on sale on close out. We got a great deal on it. I was blown away at what they had in terms of products that were there and how helpful they were. The cost was very competitive and less than what we had seen at any place else. I paid $302 for the wall tile and $375 for the floor tile. When we got in, we told the woman what we were doing and what we wanted. Since it's a rental property, we wanted a modern look with minimal cost. She took us right over to a bunch of stuff and helped us focus in on eight or ten different selections. She let us take them home and try them for 4-5 days and see them in different lights. It was really incredible. When she checked on the pricing of the floor tile for us, I was able to negotiate a 20% discount. I got a call at 8 o' clock the morning after. They were in with the pricing before I was barely awake. They are just incredibly responsive. She told me she would check on the availability and what she could in terms of price. She was back the next morning at 8 o' clock. I would absolutely use them again in the future."

"Willy was knowledgeable, flexible, and did a terrific job with our kitchen and kids bathroom. He was able to come out on Friday, which was within two days of the estimate. Things that he did: The kitchen had a granite countertop which had three chips in it. He repaired the chips, cleaned the granite and sealed the counter tops for us. Willy also sealed the bath tub area , which was was made out of marble stone, and floor. I had cleaned and scrubbed the area the day before with a solution of weak ammonia and water, as he had instructed to do, in order to prep Willy's sealing work. The process took around four hours for him to do his job. He charged me $850 which he told me was his daily rate. <br />"
