"Choosing the floor tile was a terrific experience.  As it turns out, it was the owner himself who helped us, but we didn't know that until afterward.  We came to the store with samples of our cabinet stain and countertop.  The owner asked us a few questions and we browsed a bit together - within maybe 10 minutes he put together about 5 options in different price points (we didn't give a budget/price point).  We took 3 of the samples home and one was a clear winner for us.  It was a good shopping experience and we're very happy so far with the installed tile (it has been in for 2 months).  By contrast, we went to a competitor before shopping at Tiles plus more, and at that store we walked in and walked out thoroughly confused by all of the options. <br /> We had a much better idea with what we wanted for the backsplash.  They had a great selection of different decorative tiles - we went with a travertine tile accented with glass/metallic tiles.  We had reasonable assistance, but if we did not have such a good idea of what we wanted, it might not have been such a good experience.  <br />"

"Willy was knowledgeable, flexible, and did a terrific job with our kitchen and kids bathroom. He was able to come out on Friday, which was within two days of the estimate. Things that he did: The kitchen had a granite countertop which had three chips in it. He repaired the chips, cleaned the granite and sealed the counter tops for us. Willy also sealed the bath tub area , which was was made out of marble stone, and floor. I had cleaned and scrubbed the area the day before with a solution of weak ammonia and water, as he had instructed to do, in order to prep Willy's sealing work. The process took around four hours for him to do his job. He charged me $850 which he told me was his daily rate. <br />"
