"Everything was done in a timely manner, areas were left clean everyday and Miguel Martinez always communicated with us every step of the way. We love our new bathrooms. They took both bathrooms down to the studs, replaced the bathtub and fully tiled the tub area and the wall behind the vanity and installed vanities, mirrors, lighting and exhaust fans. In our bathroom, they removed a fiberglass insert shower and rebuilt a fully tiled shower with a bench and two niches. We would highly recommend Miguel Martinez and Smart Flooring and remodeling solutions. P.S. - During our remodeling we found some water damage to our outside wall, Miguel was able to connect us with a crew that could make the repairs we needed. All his crew were great and we really appreciate all their work. THANK YOU!"

He overcame hurdles swapping the sink from a wall to the island counter, adding electric and plumbing to fit all new appliances in our small footprint. CT painted and replaced flooring throughout, evened out the ceilings, renovated both baths and made the feeling cozy with great lighting. Great attention was paid to quality and details (even fixing the front door handle and matching wall outlet covers). We had CT enclose the balcony and added heat/AC. Thanks to the design ideas we have an indoor space that feels being outdoors with its own 'back porch' personality for our condo. We are in the thought process of moving and had Chris just do a walkthrough with us.
