"We think Art is fantastic for so many reasons! His work is A+ quality. He listens to what you want and figures out a way to make it work if possible. He truly wants you to be happy with it. He is also very flexible with changes. It is amazing to watch him work. He definitely doesn't waste time on your nickel. He and his son, Levi are in constant constructive motion. I don't think they take more than 10-15 minutes for a lunch break even. Don't know how they do it, but it sure is nice getting the job done in a timely manor. They were very consious and respectful in keeping things tide and clean especially when finishing up every day. We are doing a little bit of the work ourselves, but we definitely don't work as fast as Art. But he has been great as far as getting back to us when we're ready for him to complete the next steps which is very admirable seeing that he is extremely busy. He also found the electrician and plumbers needed for the job which we were very happy with. They all work well together coordinating the jobs that needed to be done in a timely manor. It was nice to see the respect they had for each other. To sum it up we couldn't be happier with how it has gone. All for a very reasonable price, especially for the quality. Thank you!"

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. Looking forward to see how they last their first winter."

"My mailbox fell apart and could not be repaired. It needed a new post and everything. This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

"This was the 2nd time I had service from Hometown during 2012. Due to the amount of windows that had lost the energy efficient gas seal, I had to break this up into two seperate jobs, one done in the begining of the year, for the worst of the windows, and again, in the Fall, for the last four. I had to do this due to cost, when I bought the house, a total of twelve window cubes needed replacing, and I could not swing the financial hit to do all at once, so soon after buying the house. <br />   After contacting Hometown glass, a rep came to my home to assess the window damage, and what I needed. He was on time, and very professional, informing me of the good and the bad. From there, I made the first appt in the Spring to get eight windows done. The service man showed up on time, both in the Spring and the Fall. He was very Courteous, and down to earth. Did the jobs quickly and professionaly, and cleaned up after himself, (being as he worked outside his truck in my driveway), which I found refreshing. Not having had experience in this before, I had looked up some prices on the internet, and found Hometowns price to be reasonable, and in the middle to moderate range I had seen online. I liked the professionalism I experienced, and would recommend them to all. <br />"

"Our home is more than 24 years old and the original Anderson windows were failing, Many had lost their seal and during this last harsh winter we had actual frost n the inside of some of them. <br />     We looked at the top three rated window manufacturers, Pella, Renewal by Anderson, and Infinity my Marvin. Pella was the most expensive, a very nice product, but their nearest installer to our location was over 40-45 minutes away. Furthermore, we learned that the installer cannot do service if needed. Service is based in Green Bay, over 2 hours away.  Likewise, Anderson is located almost an hour away from our location, as is their service source. <br />     Hardy and Jensen, in Racine, handle Infinity by Marvin Windows. They are located only a few miles from our home. We are aware that they have been in business for over 20 years and have an excellent reputation. They not only handle windows, but all types of doors, siding and trim, sunrooms, gutters, and awnings.  <br />     Charles, the salesperson who came to our home for an evaluation of our problem, is a very personable, friendly young man who has worked his way up through the installation team to sales, and is very well grounded and full of information about all aspects of Marvin windows. He had some very good suggestions for modifying the look of some of our windows to improve them. He thoroughly explained the difference and many of the superiorities of Marvin windows compared to their competitors. He told us what the installation process would entail, and what we could do before hand to make it easier. <br />     The quote for our job was sent in a very prompt and timely fashion. We had one or two questions so we had a chance to visit the Hardy & Jensen showroom in Racine, where they had all of the window types we had considered. All of our questions were answered on site in one visit. <br />     The day of installation, the three member team of Dan, Tyler, and Mike, arrived at 8:00AM. Originally they had planned on 2 days interior work and a final 3rd day exterior work to finish caulking, moldings and trim work. By the end of the first day, all 29 windows had been installed, and by the  end  of the second day, all of the caulking, moldings trim and finishing was completed. <br /> My wife and I can honestly say that we have rarely worked with such an experienced, professional, efficient, and friendly installation team as Hardy & Jensen. They are worth their weight in gold! <br />     In addition, Hardy & Jensen shows great integrity and honesty in dealing with their customers. A small error in one of the large triple unit windows was discovered after installation. Charles and Dan explained what the error was. My Wife and I had been looking sat this window all during installation and the next day and had never spotted it. It did not, in any way, affect the function, integrity, or appearance of the window. They offered to completely uninstall the window, return it to Marvin and have it remade and reinstalled at their cost.  We said no, since the problem was noticeable only if pointed out.  That is real Integrity and Honesty on the part of a company, making it so worthwhile to deal with them. <br />     Overall, we a completely pleased and satisfied with our choice to go with Hardy & Jensen and Infinity windows by Marvin. We would not hesitate to use them again, and most certainly will next year to replace some patio doors. We have already recommended them to our son-in-law, and will continue to recommend them to our friends.  We give Hardy & Jensen an A+ rating across the board. <br />"

"<p>Starting from the begining, we had a hail storm on July 13, 2015. Needless to say there were MANY contractors knocking on our door and MANY phone calls from contractors. It really was a nightmare line up of companys we never heard of before with the majority of the people representing these companys offering "rock bottom pricing" so that we could make money off of the insurance claim. We were interested in getting the job done right, the first time, in a timely fashion. </p> <p>On July 14, 2015 our insurance adjuster came to our home.</p> <p>Then a few days later a very nice young lady named "Jen" with Castle Rock Restoration stopped by the house. She was very professional and personable, stated what Castle Rock would do and did not make empty promises like so many others had. I looked at the Castle Rock website ( www.castlerock1.com ) and it impressed me as much as Jen had. I called Castle Rock and within a few days another wonderful employee named Steve Page came to the house to do an inspection of the hail damage. He also was very professional and personable. He came prepared and answered all our questions. Steve found a few things that our insurance adjuster missed so he contacted our insurance adjuster and the claim was increased. We signed on with Castle Rock on July 30, 2015 feeling very confident that we had chosen the right company to do business with! The President of Castle Rock, Gary Kotlan was also very involved through out the process. The date to start work was set as August 11, 2015. </p> <p>The skylights that were needed to replace our damaged ones took a few days to locate - but they found them and had them delivered to the house. I was able to text / call Steve or Gary with any questions and they always responded quickly! Many times within minutes! On August 11th a crew of 6 showed up at 7:30 am and started work. The man running the crew ( sorry, I forgot his name) was friendly and profesional also along with every man on the crew. He told me that the job would be completed by 4:00 pm ! My thoughts were "no way" since there were TWO 2 car garages and the house being tore off and reshingled with 11 air vents, two skylights and all the other pipes and fireplace vent. Well they did it! The job was done by 4pm, they did clean up and were on the road by 5pm. AMAZING!</p> <p>There was only a few small issues we found within a few days and Gary had men there within an hour and they fixed the issues! </p> <p>Hiring Castle Rock was the best decision! Did we get all that was promised? YES we did, and then some!  We were interested in getting the job done right, the first time, in a timely fashion, and that is exactly what we got! There are MANY homes on our area that had hail damage and MANY of them are still waiting for work to begin for the repairs as of this date ( 8/27/2015). Just a day ago someone knocked at my door asking who did the roofs, because they looked so nice and was impressed that all the work was done so quickly. This person is still waiting for their contractor to start work! I pointed to the sign that I still have in my yard from Castle Rock. I handed him a business card for Castle Rock and told him this is the company he needs to call!  If we are ever in need again, we would not hesitate to call them again!
