"Excellent! Kevin was very responsive and came by just a few days after I had requested an on line quote. He gave me a proposal with the full price and explained everything and there was no sales pressure at all. A week later he came by again and we signed the proposal and gave him a deposit. He had shingle samples and again explained the process and answered all questions. A week later a crew was at our house right at 7:00 AM and were stripping the roof by 7:30 AM, after covering the bushes and hanging down tarps from the roof to protect the house. They were all done by 4:30 - cape style house and two car garage. The crew did a great job, the roof looks great and everything was cleaned up. He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions.
