"I hired Chimney Chaps to clean and inspect my chimney and give me a quote to repair what damage they might have found. The cleaned it and later did the repairs and upgrades (chain operated cap). Mr. Ryan also perfomed a similar service in 10/04/2014 for another residence I own.  No evidence of any entry of rodents since that date.  He also returned on November 4, 2015 to examine the exterior periment and noted that there was no rodent activity found.  The current occupants have not found any evidence of mice/rodents within the interior since the initial service on this property was performed in 2014.

I highly recommend PestAgon Termite and Pest Services.  They respond immediately and perform the extermination services as indicated promptly and completely.  It is worth the cost of these sevices to keep rodents out of my property!!  Laying flypaper in the basement does not do the job.  It is the exterior of your home that needs to be addressed!!"
