"Eric brought our granite countertops and tile floor in our kitchen back to life. He was also able to remove an ugly stain on a slate floor, which I did not think was possible. As others have said, I wish I had taken before and after photos! He is not only a meticulous craftsman, he is a fount of knowledge about stone, the whys as well as the hows of dealing with problems and maintenance. We cannot recommend him highly enough."

"They are excellent.  They were great workers and I was very happy with everything.  They worked with our schedules, they were personable, comfortable and they were knew what they were doing.  They were very helpful.  One of the workers actually brought tiles from his own home to put an accent in our home, it was left over tile and he did not charge us.  It was worth the money because of the quality of work and the workers involved."

"After getting 6 bids for the bathroom remodel, we chose Mr. Joe McReynolds of Tile Image. We are extremely statisfied with Mr. McReynolds and his work. Mr. McReynolds is very personable and easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, skillful and is meticulous with his work. Mr. McReynolds began the project and diligently worked on it until completion without interruptions. He is honest, reliable and dependable. We will use him for the guest bathroom tiling and highly recommend him for any tile projects."

"<ol> <li>Ryan was a joy to work with. He promptly returned all calls, answered our many questions and provided suggestions when we were unsure. He is professional, friendly and his no-pressure sales attitude was fantastic! </li> </ol> <br /> We had some water damage from a downstairs toilet that affected a huge portion of the wood floors on that level. We decided to tear out the entire floor and upgrade the wood since we had to demo a large portion of the floors due to warping from the water anyway. We also decided to put tile in the bathroom, rather than replacing the wood floor there, to minimize any possible water damage in the future. <br /> Ryan was helpful every step of the way. He provided a very reasonable estimate and many pictures and samples of the different types of wood. His estimate of the length of time the job would take was right on. This was especially helpful in dealing with the insurance company and giving them accurate information about the hotel stay. <br /> He finished the job on schedule (actually a couple days early due to a fortunate last minute opening in his schedule that allowed <br /> him to start a few days early). He did a great job draping the house to minimize the sawdust and cleaned up wonderfully. <br /> We love our new floor! It looks so much better than the old one. It is modern and beautiful. Everyone we've had over comments about how pretty the floor is and my mother now wants to change her floors to Brazilian Teak! Any sort of construction done on your home is a hassle, but Ryan really minimized the inconvenience by keeping us updated on the progress, staying on schedule and being an all-around great guy. We will certainly use him in the future for any jobs that may come up. <br />"

"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"We had a great experience working with Becky back in 2012 and so went back to see her for the remodel of my mothers home. Becky is so easy to work with and beat all other estimates we got by $1000 or more. She is easy to work with and has a great sense of design and color. The finished product on our 2012 remodel looks as beautiful as the day it was installed. We are very happy with all aspects of business at Cornerstone Granite. "

"John arrived a couple minutes early with an assistant. They set up quickly and efficiently. Worked quickly. The carpet looked great when they were finished. They took care of general dirt and troublesome spots from pets and spills. Looked refreshed. The carpet dried surprisingly quickly. John and his assistant disposable booties when walking on cleaned carpet and left a pair for me. <br />"
