"We hired Mr. Scantling and his crew to redo the drywall on a floor to ceiling fireplace and rebuild a half wall previously done by an incompetent contractor and to repair/replace bulging splayed corner seams throughout the house. I was very nervous because we'd had such a bad experience with the previous contractor but Mr. Scantling and his men did excellent work and were very efficient. They finished the whole job in just under two days while being considerate of our schedules (my husband works from home). They didn't mind answering all my questions and were a very congenial crew. "I phoned Kyle and he answered from another job site. I explained my problem and he scheduled a meeting for the next afternoon. He arrived on time, examined the whole roof and identified the problem. In addition he explained that since all of the vent boots/seals were the same age, he recommended replacing them all to avoid further problems. Kyle quoted a price for the work he outlined and arrived the next evening to perform the job. He arrived at the agreed time, completed the work, cleaned the roof and grounds of all project debris and gave me a written guarantee of one year on all of the labor.
