It turns out that it was from our upstairs bathroom toilet (which we were going to replace anyways) The plumber Tyler was super kind and helpful. He fixed our leak and installed the new toilet that I had on my hubby's to do list. I was also surprised about how reasonable their weekend rates were and how fast Tyler got out to us. Thank you again. We will defiantly be calling you back when we have a tankless water heater put in!!!"

I’ve worked with and installed many different systems, but I specialize in water heater install and service, repairing leaks in drainage and water pipes, and installing fixtures! I believe all work must be done neatly and to the home/business owner’s standards, no matter what.

"I called Tommy and explained what I needed. To my great surprise he said he was on his way to another job in Dublin and would be able to stop by. Of my 3 drains, one was completely blocked and the other two were open but one of them seemed partially blocked because heavy water flow would back up through a downspout ground fitting. Tommy snaked all 3 drains and discovered that the completely blocked one had severe damage and would need replacement. But he did open it to some degree and provided a quote for the eventual replacement which I agreed immediately to get scheduled. He broke through significant roots in one of the others and recommended annual snaking of that one to keep it working well. He is also going to return to repair a sump pump outlet from the house which seems to have had pipe joints separate in the ground. Tommy impressed both my wife and me with his personality, professionalism and work ethic. He seems to do great work at a very reasonable price. We will see how the upcoming drain line replacement goes, but at this time we would be very happy to hire him again for any kind of drainage or plumbing work."

"Great! Jared from ECO Plumber replaced our failing sump pump in September. The old one leaked motor lubricant which created a gel which caused the pump to fail. Jared explained what happened and suggested a battery backup unit. Jared cleaned the gel, installed the new pump, tested it completely and cleaned the work area. I called ECO Plumbers today to check the pump due to my noticing gel was forming again. Jared arrived and checked the area and explained it was not the gel but instead a fungus which is normal. I was pleased with the explanation. ECO Plumbers were quick to respond and did not charge for the inspection. I highly recommend ECO Plumbers for any plumbing needs. Very prompt, professional, and they do excellent work."
