"Workers dropped construction trailer yesterday afternoon & began work this AM. Sergei (owner) stopped by and explained minor changes. Workers very professional & courteous. Bad weather pushed timetable back by a couple of weeks. However, Sergei stayed in touch by phone & stopped by with his framer to go over measurements. So far we are very pleased. Sergei mismeasured opening for storm door which is going to require a custom made door. He explained that he would absorb the additional cost. I admire his honesty. Project completed a few days ago except for storm door. Good job, workers cleaned up everything. Sergei stopped by to be sure we are satisfied & accepted partial payment until custom storm door is here & installed. We also had an issue with during heavy rain we had water leaking into the soffet which they repaired with a j channel. I would definitely use Alliance again for any outside projects or repairs."

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! "It went very well! He knew what to do when a problem arose (insulation in the window channels where the weights go). We had to re-negotiate the price for the extra work he had to do, but it all went well and was accomplished within the time he said. Looks great! House is from 1920's with original windows. The wood was in good shape but glass was very fine and broken in places. 6 exterior window openings"

"Richard did an outstanding job. When he came for an estimate, he traced the water line to the basement. He found that the issue was simply a pinched line that needed to be freed up. He quickly fixed the problem at no charge! I was elated because I was sure that this was a major problem that would cost me several thousand dollars to fix. <br /> <br /> I was impressed by his honesty and work ethic as he could have told me anything or charged me for the work that he did. "A Few Good Tradesmen was a good vendor for me. They were good at communicating prior to the job including working on the estimate and getting the work dates squared away. They arrived on the scheduled date and completed the job in the timeframe they expected. <br /> We determined in advance which fence materials to use, and they showed up with the exactly correct materials and did a nice job of installation. The fence feels sturdy and the joints between the parts are nice and tight. <br /> They had the two awnings down in short order without incident. Once they were down, the exposed siding needed touch-up, cleaning or something. Their original idea was to swap some of the damaged siding with good siding from the back of the garage, but they did not realize that the siding was aluminum (they thought it was vinyl) so they decided not to try to remove/replace siding and instead did a fair job of cleaning up the damaged areas. <br /> The job site was clean after they left on both days of the two-day job. <br />"
