"They were hired to replace a tub, fixtures, and put in tile surrounding the tub with a niche and 2 shelves. We also had them re route a vent pipe in a separate bathroom so that it is past the trap and not letting sewer gases into the home. We were given options for materials based on our budget and guided on who to meet with at the appropriate store to select our materials. The work was done within the timeframe we gave. They did an excellent job making the space beautiful and professionally done. They respected our home and cleaned up better than expected each day. Of course, there were unexpected issues that arose that were dealt with without concern such as having to shore up not plumb walls. The price wasn’t cheap but was reasonable. In all, they did an excellent job."

"Overall, the job went very well. As with any large project, there were some changes that became necessary in the middle of the project, and AWR was easy to work with and reasonable in pricing the changes. The materials provided were all high quality. Ray, the carpenter assigned to our project, was an excellent craftsman, easy to work with, and cleaned up each day after he was done working. Although we did have to empty the cabinet contents, we were able to use our kitchen appliances throughout the project. In our project, I removed the old soffits and prepped the space (mainly moving wiring), and AWR then built new 12" cabinets where the soffits were. AWR then refaced the cabinet frames and provided new drawer fronts and full length cabinet doors, integrating the new cabinets they built. They also custom built a trim panel for an area where wall cabinets and a soffit were permanently removed over a peninsula. The way they did the ceiling cove molding around the cabinets and trim panel, we did not have to do anything to the existing kitchen ceiling. All of the ceiling edges from removing the soffits were completely covered. We also had AWR install roll out trays and under cabinet lighting for the countertop work areas. The end result is a kitchen that we love!"
