"My 10 year old dryer worked fine - then suddenly - no heat!  I debated about service, but research suggested that the average life of a clothes dryer was somewhere between 15 - 18 years.  I was impressed with Mr. Kenney from the start when he answered the phone himself - no recording!  He came out the next day - arrived early - thoroughly inspected my dryer and gave me the bad news...  Not worth fixing.
