"It was very quick and the fence looks amazing. They know that they are doing - the yard is really hilly and challenging and it came out great aesthetically. Price was very good, I am guessing some other the big name contractors would have quoted me a couple thousand more. We had a hiccup because our propane line was not marked and could not be marked, and they ended up cutting it because it was in an unexpected place. The customer service was not very helpful in that regard, we called and asked if they knew anyone that could help stop the leak and/or repair the line and they were very defensive about it not being their responsibility, and that we were on our own. Not really nice, and I never expected them to pay for it, was just looking for some advice. We found someone from our propane company to fix it. They guys in the field were fantastic, and even dug the trench for the repaired gas line since they felt bad about hitting it."

Unlike other companies that wanted to install pressure treated pine, Dwayne explained how proper selection of the type of wood used for the fence would result in the fence having a longer service life.

We coordinated with our next door neighbor who was getting the same work done and had worked with Mason before and they built both our fences and gates in teh same day. Our project was unique and complicated given several obstacles including our existing ground level deck, our neighbor's property sitting a few feet higher than ours and a huge tree on the property line that posed some design challenges.
