"DMV was the first of 6 contractors that I had spoken with to completely remodel my kitchen. They were prompt, to the point, and quick to give a design and a quote. I liked their input and ideas, but surfed around for another month, worked with an architect and several other designers, and evetually came back to what DMV had designed from the beginning. (Wish I had skipped the pricey architect!) They gave good advice on things that seemed so simple (cabinet pulls) but were overwhelming when you looked at all of the possible options. The job only took 18 days (though the space was "easy" since my basement is unfinished and they had easy access to move pipes, wiring and ducts. My electric panel also had a lot of space in it and did not require any crazy upgrade.) The only minor delays were my fault as I took some time mulling over a few things. My neighbors commented that the workers were extremely courteous, clean, and quiet and did not disturb them throughout the project. My kitchen renovation did not change the footprint, however, I did move an extrerior door and changed the size and placement of a new window. The project was completed a month ahead of schedule and on budget. Everything was kept clean while in process and I was really not inconvenienced by not haing a workable kitchen very much at all. Javier, Lucas, Alex and John were great at communicating and they were on time or early every day. I highly recommend them."

"We are very happy with the remodel. Jason, the project manager, was great to work with. He called at least once a day to check on our satisfaction with the job and to answer any questions. Jason also visited the work site most days and we reviewed the work each time. Jason quickly responded to several concerns we had and solved the problems quickly. The job supervisor, Walter, was also did a great job. Like Jason, he was very responsive to our concerns and ensured that the quality of the work met our requirements. At least one workman came every day, often two. The work was completed quickly and they cleaned up after each work day. We highly recommend VKB kitchen and Bath."

"This our second time hiring Allen for a remodel project. He did our kitchen in 2024 and it turned out great. This time it was two bathrooms which were completely remodeled. Allen is great to work with. I am always impressed with Allen's clear communication about what the project will involve and his ability to balance the needs of the homeowner with the needs of the project while the work is going on. This is especially important for my spouse and me since we both work from home. Not once did we ever feel like a burden while the work was going on.
