"The installation of my flooring went incredible!!! I can’t imagine what it may have been like with another contractor with the amount of repairs and unexpected repairs. Terry has great integrity and pride in his work and the finished product. He made sure to check the whole house for dips, sags, and buckled spots in my previous 11 year old flooring before putting the new luxury vinyl in. Terry made sure to explain to me why these needed to be cut away and repaired to ensure the best foundation for new flooring. He repaired water and termite damage to the sub-floor which was a bigger task than anymore could imagine. I could go on and on but to sum everything up if you are looking for a professional, prompt, contractor with integrity you have found your guy!!!!!!! I will be hiring Terry for many more repairs to my home later on down the road."

They came in and remodeled two showers one being guest bathroom and second being master shower . I wasnâ t satisfied with the first go around on the master shower and Jocelyn took my account under her wing and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job and believe me folks she didnâ t have to but she is still one of the few in the working world we have now a days that still cares and West Shore Homes should be very proud to have an employee like Jocelyn handling there accounts and I think Jocelyn for being an amazing person!"
