"Required plumbing services due to a leaking pipe at the main water line shut-off valve located within the outside wall of our home. Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them.  We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone.  First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge.  We scheduled repairs for the next day.  Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.   He was very informative, courteous and helpful. On the day of, I hear nothing from them. I had to call and was told everything was okay and that I was next on the list. Waited, no word again. Called them back and was told that they don?t do ?recalls? in my area on the weekend or after hours so the message didn?t get to the right person. They scheduled another appointment to make an exception in my case and scheduled during the week, but after hours. Fine. When the day came, same thing. Nobody called, no message to confirm.
