Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Astoria, NY

"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Great job cleaning the siding. Great communication"

"If damage occurs to inside the house during installation of siding they will not cover any repairs. A hole is in our bathroom wall now and they will not fix it."

"We had a great experience with Royal Roofing & Siding when they repaired and worked on our skylight. From the initial inspection, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. The crew arrived on time, worked carefully around our existing roof, and paid close attention to the details needed to properly seal and protect the skylight area. They made sure everything was installed correctly, cleaned up the work area afterward, and kept us updated throughout the process. We were very impressed with their workmanship, communication, and commitment to doing the job right. The skylight looks great, and we feel confident knowing the roof and surrounding areas are properly protected from future leaks. I would highly recommend Royal Roofing & Siding to anyone needing skylight repairs, replacements, or professional roofing work."

"Very much considerate to the needs of the clients and provides excellent chimney repair service. And I'm certain that I'll recruit them again for my next project."

"This is the second time we have hired Milestone Restoration. Mik is very professional. He came over promptly and gave me a proposal to do the work. We agreed to the price and his team came over 1 week later. They did a great job. Our backyard looks really nice now and the brick wall repair was good. Thank you Mik and your team. Project cost several thousand dollars, but it was worth it."

"After Hurricane Sandy, half of my mother's roofing shingles had blown off of her home as well as causing chimney damage and a water leakage problem from the chimney into the interior of her kitchen. After checking Angie's List for contractors, I hired City Wide Construction & Renovation.
After viewing the damage, Mr. Nadeem Mughal gave me a very good estimate for all of the repairs. His crew were always on time; they worked expeditiously and neatly and all were very respectful to Mom. Nadeem was a pleasure to speak with and was always courteous and professional with anything I asked of him. They matched the shingles as perfectly as they could, and the roof never looked so good.
They patched and repaired the leak coming into the kitchen which had caused damage to the wallpaper. After repairing the leak, they removed the damaged wallpaper; they supplied the wallpaper glue and then cut the portion of the wallpaper that Mom had saved, and patched that portion of the wall so well, that you cannot even see where the damage had been.
All three problems were beautifully repaired, and Mom and I are both very pleased. Nadeem guarantees all of his work for 5 years, and THAT alone says a lot about the contractor. I would highly recommend Nadeem and his men. Job well done.

"Because of the severe deterioration of previous paint jobs, AAA Custom Painting needed to sand, grind and scrape about 2/3 of the house down to bare wood before they could power wash, re-sand, prime and paint our entire home. It was a very hot Spring and they had to wear complete body cover and face respirators for the sanding/grinding preparation, but they came every day that the weather cooperated and worked for hours and hours in the hot sun. The whole job took quite a long time (6 1/2 weeks), partly due to weather and partly because they don't usually work weekends, but both the owner, Andres Osses, and all of the workers were always friendly and easy to talk to about everything we wanted.  They even started coming on Saturdays when we told them that we had an important deadline for finishing the job.
Not only did they do an outstanding job painting the house, but they also paid attention to all the details, like patching cracks and holes in our very old wood siding, and removing light fixtures and downspouts to paint behind them so nothing was missed.  They also cleaned up after themselves and put everything back when they were all done.
Our only (minor) complaint was that it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with Andres and he didn't always let us know when they would or would not be at the house, but the bottom line is this:
THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB PAINTING THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOUSE (and their estimate was lower than other companies for the exact same work).  THE HOUSE LOOKS FANTASTIC AND WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT."

"The head of Resco is Michael Soren. He is also the chief laborer for the entire job. Michael's work is of the highest quality. And he is also a perfectionist. If an existing iron gate or grill had to be removed during an installation, the gate or grill was re-installed afterwards. The interior wood trim and framing was beautifully finished."
