"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. From the first call to the last nail everything was great. More importantly, I am CONFIDENT that they did the RIGHT job and if there are any issues Bill and his team will stand behind their work."

"Power Home Remodeling was great from start to finish. Everyone involved was professional and made sure my siding and gutter project was completed to my satisfaction. Sean spent 5 hours going over what was available, helping us to pick out the siding and gutters we wanted, making sure they could deal with a couple of special issues concerning our house, taking preliminary pictures and measurements, and explaining the whole process. Tom came to verify the measurements and to make sure all the items involved would work and to discuss the actual procedures for taking down the old siding and gutters and for putting up the new siding and gutters. Charlie, Manny, and their crew arrived on time to install the siding and were extremely professional and helpful in dealing with a couple last minute changes to the installation. "After Hurricane Sandy, half of my mother's roofing shingles had blown off of her home as well as causing chimney damage and a water leakage problem from the chimney into the interior of her kitchen. After checking Angie's List for contractors, I hired City Wide Construction & Renovation.
After viewing the damage, Mr. Nadeem Mughal gave me a very good estimate for all of the repairs. His crew were always on time; they worked expeditiously and neatly and all were very respectful to Mom. Nadeem was a pleasure to speak with and was always courteous and professional with anything I asked of him. They matched the shingles as perfectly as they could, and the roof never looked so good.
They patched and repaired the leak coming into the kitchen which had caused damage to the wallpaper. After repairing the leak, they removed the damaged wallpaper; they supplied the wallpaper glue and then cut the portion of the wallpaper that Mom had saved, and patched that portion of the wall so well, that you cannot even see where the damage had been.
All three problems were beautifully repaired, and Mom and I are both very pleased. Nadeem guarantees all of his work for 5 years, and THAT alone says a lot about the contractor. I would highly recommend Nadeem and his men. Job well done.

"Very Well. His team came, tore off all of the old roof, installed extra panels of wood, insulated, and then cleaned up. Two weeks later there was a very small leak in the garage. I called him. They installed all as expected. Even went the extra and used different connectors to tie into my drywell drains. Everything drains empty after rain no low spots excellent ! The down side , if you have a brick or stone home. . . they use a Remington/ramset to shoot the nails through the straps into the brick to secure the leaders. Not cosmetically appealing . . .nails half sticking out with orange rings around them that are impossible to remove to replace with anchors and screws the way it should have been done. .

"Unlike some of the other people we called to get quotes for this job, Michael was at our house within a day of us calling him.  He was very prompt with his quote, and while it wasn't the cheapest, it was the most detailed and had us feeling fairly confident in investing with him.  Michael was also sensitive to our budget, telling us which windows needed to be replaced, and which could, at least for now, be protected in the short term until we were able to afford replacing them.  He also suggested replacing two of the fixed windows with awning-style windows - a nice addition that has improved airflow in our house.

Although he quoted us 5 to 7 weeks for installation, the windows arrived weeks early - a pleasant surprise.  Michael was true to his word - we didn't spend a dime more than what he quoted us, he cleaned up the mess before he left, and he had the job completed within two days (more like a day and a half).  The windows look great, and do a better job of matching the house's trim than our previous windows.

A few minor issues... some of the external caulking cracked and fell out within a week of installation - Michael was told us he will come and take care of it.  Windows were left pretty dirty and trim was marked up (primed, but had black marks on it, which will make it tougher to paint); a bit of dry wall needed to be spackled and was done a little hastily.  A few plants outside one window were trampled.

Overall, though, a very pleasant experience.  No tracking of dirt through the house, very easy to work with, and Michael had answers to all our questions.  Unlike some general contractors who also do windows, Michael really seems to know his craft - he was able to find the right windows for us at the (relatively) right price.  We'll be coming back to him when it comes time to replace our other windows!"
